Singer Songwriter

Singer Songwriter is my favorite genre of music.  Whether it's country, folk, rock, jug band.... it doesn't really matter to me.  The Singer Songwriter is the "true" artist.  Maybe not a great voice, maybe the musical talent isn't as great in some, i.e. John Prine, but the lyrics!-just blow you away.  (It is duly noted that John Prine is not a Texan I was just using him as an example).
